Thanks to our 30-year tradition, these electrical convection ovens allow to cook fresh, frozen or pre-cooked food easily.

Mistral 5T is equipped with a modern electronic control, which allows easy management of room temperatures, cooking cycles setting up to 10 stages and fan speed setup.

The ovens from this line can be overlapped and combined with leavening machine and other accessories to increase their potential.
