Created after Bakeoff’s 30-year-long experience, Rotor T2 (gas) is the smallest one in the ROTORBAKE family, and still holds features and technical qualities from the bigger models: the slow internal tray rotation makes it ideal for delicate patisserie productions, guaranteeing a perfect consistency and baking gentleness.
The gas version is equipped with a high-performance catalytic burner which guarantees a huge energy saving; the steel exchanger allows a quick heat increase and the fast cooking of electrical ovens.
The 10-tray rotation ovens are extremely flexible to any production need and can be combined with leavening machine or tray- holder boards.
