Functionality and Appearance

Functionality and appearance are the fundamental concepts behind our approach to oven design.

Not only do we continuously perfect our technology to maximize productivity, but we also take special care to conceive compact units that take up less space, and we make our ovens compatible with other cooking components (such as pizza ovens, small yeast apparatuses, and accessories for special cooking/preparation procedures) to improve the way the food establishment is organized.

All this is combined with special attention to creating an attractive component with a modern, coordinated, pleasant look that can easily be included in the furnishings at the point of sale.  We also offer a healthful, clean presentation (the food being cooked is always visible), a lively graphic design with easy-to-understand labels and information, and quick-action control systems on panels and displays.
